Role & Responsibilities:
-Due diligence and credit analysis & underwriting.
-Making preliminary suggestions and assessing borrower, transaction, and underlying security risk by creating Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN).
-Introducing the plan to the appropriate authorities
Creating term sheets, reviewing and renewing credit reports to check limitations and evaluate them for credit warnings and verifying disbursements to make sure they adhere to approved conditions.
-Working with an internal team (relationship, legal, technical, and operations) to provide customers with timely and coordinated solutions
-Conducting preliminary screening of commercial real estate financing transactions and structuring.
-Communication with the client to learn about their finance requirements, organizational structure, and company model. Additionally, answering questions and gathering data continuously.
