Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager in MSME Cluster Development at Vision Karnataka Foundation in Karnataka, India. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) clusters, implementing strategies to support sustainable economic development, and fostering collaborations between stakeholders.
Qualifications

  • Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Stakeholder Engagement skills
  • Experience in MSME development, Cluster Development, and Economic Development
  • Data Analysis and Reporting skills
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Experience working in the social impact sector with industry Bodies & associations.
  • Understanding MSME schemes , Finance access, market linkages, Govt initiatives, Ecosystem Challenges. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
  • Understanding of Cluster Development and Entrepreneurship promotion.
  • demonstrated leadership in Understanding emerging trends and Opportunities to optimize the Ecosystem.
  • Strong Communication and Leadership capacity to drive independently and lead programmes and monitoring project implementation
