Role: Program Manager - EV Experience: 5+ years in the Automotive sector To spearhead this exciting growth, we're seeking a passionate and technically adept EV Product Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in building and establishing our EV training solutions by driving product development, collaborating with various stakeholders, and contributing to creating a strong market presence in the EV training spac e. Qualification s: Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputed Tier-2 engineering college in India plus an MBA from a recognized institutio n. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the automotive sector, with at least 2 years focused on Electric Vehicle s. Experienc e: Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, or product management within the EV industry (preferred ). Experience in conducting market research, analysing industry trends, and identifying customer needs within the EV secto r. Prior experience in designing, developing, and launching new training programs (a plus ). Necessary Attribute s: In-depth understanding of EV systems, including battery technology, power electronics, electric motors and drives, vehicle dynamics, and functional safety (Fu Sa ). Familiarity with high voltage systems and safety protocols in the EV industr y. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders including clients, subject matter experts (SMEs), internal teams, and industry partner s. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise training materials (aptitude ). Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmen t. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for learning new technologie s. Excellent time management and organizational skill s. Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools relevant to the EV industr y. Aptitude for instructional design principles and ability to assess learning outcome s. What You Will D o: Conduct market research and identify opportunities for new EV training solution s. Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap for EV training program s. Collaborate with SMEs, internal teams, and external partners to create high-quality, industry-relevant learning experience s. Oversee the development of training content, including courseware, presentations, and other learning materials (in collaboration with subject matter experts ). Define pricing strategies and launch plans for new EV training program s. Manage and track key metrics to measure product success and optimize training program s. Participate in pre-sales activities and represent the EV training solutions to potential client s. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the EV industry and integrate them into the product roadma p. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the EV training business lin e.
