We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative communication solutions, which leverage CPaaS and AI technologies. Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring the highest quality standards for our CPaaS and AI-based communication solutions. Test Planning and Execution: Automation: Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and coverage. Performance Testing: Conduct performance and scalability testing to ensure our solutions can handle high volumes of traffic and user interactions. Collaboration : Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure that QA processes are integrated throughout the development lifecycle. Identify areas for improvement in QA processes and methodologies, and implement best practices to enhance overall product quality. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning within the team. Experience: Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in QA engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, Postman, k6, Grafana, JMeter, or similar. Experience in CPaaS, telecommunications, or related fields is highly desirable. Tools: Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Be a part of a leading CPaaS company in India, driving innovation in communication technologies.
