We are seeking a **detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance (QA) Tester** to ensure our software platforms, learning tools, and digital systems function flawlessly.

**Objectives of this Role**
- **Ensure the reliability, functionality, and security** of all digital platforms through rigorous manual and automated testing.
- **Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers** to define testing strategies and maintain quality standards.
- **Document test cases, defects, and technical issues** while providing actionable feedback to the development team.
- **Stay up-to-date on best practices in software testing** to continuously improve testing processes and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

**Software & System Testing**
- Perform **functional, regression, performance, and security testing** on educational platforms.
- Test features such as **user authentication, payment processing, scheduling, and learning management systems (LMS).**

**Bug Detection & Documentation**
- Identify, document, and report **bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues** in software.
- Track defects using **bug-tracking tools** and work closely with developers to resolve them.
- Conduct **root cause analysis** to prevent recurring issues.

**Quality Control & Process Optimization**
- Develop **test cases, scripts, and scenarios** to evaluate system performance.
- Ensure all software updates and releases are **thoroughly tested before deployment**.
- Provide recommendations to improve **user experience, speed, and system reliability**.

**Collaboration & Continuous Improvement**
- Work closely with **UI/UX designers, developers, and product teams** to optimize user experience.
- Stay informed about **emerging testing methodologies, tools, and best practices**.
- Assist in **user acceptance testing (UAT)** and provide feedback on usability and accessibility.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **2+ years of experience** in software quality assurance or testing.
- Experience with **bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello) and test automation frameworks**.
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills** to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Familiarity with **test scripting, regression testing, and API testing**.
- **Excellent documentation and reporting skills** to track and communicate test results.
- Knowledge of **software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies**.

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field**.
- Experience with **Selenium, Appium, or other test automation tools**.
- Understanding of **SQL databases, REST APIs, and performance testing tools**.
- Knowledge of **basic programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) for test automation**.
