We are a fast-growing startup behind “the highest converting and most popular AI intimacy and companionship application.” Our cutting-edge technology is reshaping the AI-based app space with innovative, customer-focused solutions. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated PPC Manager to join our remote team and drive high-impact ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Execution : Own and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta, ExoClick, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, and other ad networks to achieve a Cost-Per-Result (CPR) of $30 or less.
- Full-Funnel Management : Manage bids, ad set structures, and targeting strategies to drive conversions and scale campaigns profitably.
- Creative Collaboration : Work closely with our in-house design team (video editing & graphics) to develop and iterate on ad creatives, ensuring campaigns are consistently refreshed with engaging assets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Team up with our marketing engineering, digital marketing, and design specialists to continually refine funnel performance and user experience.
- Tracking & Analytics : Leverage Pixel integrations, Google Analytics (UTM), and a centralized data dashboard for performance insights, ensuring accurate reporting on campaign ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Team up with engineering, marketing, and design specialists to continually refine funnel performance and user experience.
- Reporting & Communication : Report directly to the CEO. Provide transparent updates on KPI trends, key insights, and recommendations for campaign optimizations.
- Innovation & Growth : Stay on top of emerging ad platforms, testing new channels and strategies to drive incremental growth.
What We’re Looking For
- PPC Expertise : Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms like Meta, ExoClick, Twitter Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Analytical Mindset : Ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and confidently propose changes to improve ROI.
- Drive to Succeed : Motivated by performance-based compensation and eager to achieve (and surpass) ambitious goals.
- Communication & Teamwork : Excellent collaboration skills with a knack for articulating campaign strategies and results clearly.
- Results-Oriented : Ready to hit the ground running and deliver measurable improvements within the first month.
