The Personal Assistant (PA) will be responsible for managing executive administrative tasks, providing personal assistance, overseeing diary management, and arranging travel for the Managing Director. Daily responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing communication, scheduling and organizing appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the Managing Director.QualificationsSkills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal AssistanceProficiency in Diary Management and Travel ArrangementsStrong Communication skillsEffective organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and handle confidential informationExperience in the Maritime industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldExperience as Cabin Crew and Hotel front desk ( client facing roles ) will be considered an advantageKindly apply with your CV to
