Job Summary:  We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with expertise in LangChain, Bedrock, vector databases, and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) such as LLaMA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both AI and healthcare technology, with hands-on experience in developing AI systems that harness healthcare data for impactful applications. As an AI Engineer at NeuralBits Technologies, you will work on cutting-edge projects to improve healthcare delivery and patient care.


Requirements:

  • Education:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
  • Experience:  Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions for healthcare applications, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with LangChain and Bedrock frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
  • Expertise in fine-tuning LLaMA or other large language models (LLMs).
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Domain Knowledge:  Understanding of healthcare data types, clinical workflows, and regulatory environments (e.g., HIPAA) is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills:  Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Communication:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Teamwork:  Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development:  Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) such as LLaMA to address specific healthcare challenges, including clinical decision support, medical text processing, and patient interaction.
  • LangChain and Bedrock Integration:  Utilize LangChain and Bedrock frameworks to build and optimize AI-driven applications, enhancing the functionality and performance of healthcare-related solutions.
  • Vector Database Management:  Implement and manage vector databases to efficiently handle and query large volumes of healthcare data, ensuring fast and accurate retrieval of relevant information.
  • Data Analysis and Integration:  Analyze and preprocess diverse healthcare datasets, including electronic health records (EHRs), medical imaging data, and patient notes, to support model training and deployment.
  • Algorithm Optimization:  Optimize AI algorithms and models for healthcare-specific applications, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and interoperability.
