Your responsibilities will include:


1. Complete Recruitment process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.

2. Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.

3. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers & functional heads to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.

4. Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with the company's values and goals.

5. Candidate Experience: Provide positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve and optimize the hiring process.

7. Create Pipelines: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key technical roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

8. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract top talent.



The necessary prerequisites are:

· MBA in HR.

· Proven experience as a Non -Tech and Technical Recruiter. With 6-8 years of overall experience.

· Strong understanding of technical roles and proficiency in assessing technical skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

· Familiarity with current trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
