Role Summary SAP Basis Administration - Manager/SM Key Responsibilities Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Required Skills & Experience Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. Strong understanding of system architecture and integration. Experience with database management and performance tuning. Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Qualifications & Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience. Any graduate.
