Department: Sales

Location: South Bangalore

Working Days: 5 (Mon–Fri)

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Experience: 6 Years

Package: ₹7 LPA

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong client relationship skills and proven experience in driving sales growth. The role involves identifying potential clients, managing key accounts, ensuring product specifications in procurement, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients; strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
  • Drive inclusion of company products in client procurement and technical requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations, generate inquiries, and convert them into business.
  • Prepare and execute monthly/quarterly/yearly sales strategies.
  • Review RFQs/ITBs and coordinate with internal teams for proposals & quotations.
  • Report regularly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Frequent client visits & travel to expand network.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma (Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, or Materials).
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience (2+ years in similar industry).
  • Strong communication, presentation & relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; strategic mindset with client-focused approach.

KPIs: Revenue growth, client engagement, inquiry generation, product specification success, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration.
