Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Specialist to join our team and bring our brand’s vision to life through engaging and impactful video content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire video production process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visuals across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production and Editing :
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, product ads, and promotional materials.
- Incorporate graphics, sound, and transitions to create polished and professional videos.
- Storytelling and Scripting :
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling concepts, scripts, and storylines aligned with the brand’s messaging.
- Ensure content effectively communicates the desired message to the target audience.
- Post-Production and Optimization :
- Manage post-production tasks such as sound editing, color grading, and final rendering.
- Adapt video formats and styles for optimal performance across platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Collaboration and Trend Integration :
- Work closely with designers, writers, and strategists to maintain cohesive branding and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to produce innovative and engaging content.
Experience and Qualification:
- Proven experience in video production, editing, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro , or DaVinci Resolve .
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
- A portfolio showcasing your expertise in video production and editing.
