We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to join our premium nutraceuticals brand, FirstOrganic, committed to delivering wellness solutions across North American markets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in e-commerce management and a passion for driving online sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:

1) Platform Management:

  • Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon, Shopify, Wallmart and TikTok Shop.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and optimize listings for visibility and sales.

2) Data Analysis & Optimization:

  • Monitor sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.

3) Marketing Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align e-commerce promotions with broader brand campaigns.
  • Utilize SEO and paid advertising tools to enhance traffic and conversion rates.

4) Inventory & Fulfillment:

  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure timely order processing.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.


Qualifications & Traits:

  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in the U.S. market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Wallmart and TikTok Shop.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including PPC and SEO.
  • Experience in the supplements or healthcare sector is a plus.
