  • Provide end-to-end IP troubleshooting and escalation support for critical incidents.
  • Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS L3/L2 VPN, Multicast, QoS .
  • Audit the network for repeat issues and ensure corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal and vendor teams for resolution of major incidents.
  • Ensure minimal downtime through proactive troubleshooting and RCA analysis .
  • Support automation/digitization initiatives for efficient service management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong IP expertise with advanced NOC troubleshooting skills .
  • Knowledge of L2 & L3 MPLS VPN, QoS, Transport, Mobility, ISP networks .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
