Role Overview: Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced IP / NOC Engineer to join our network operations team. The role involves managing advanced IP troubleshooting, supporting large-scale NOC operations, and ensuring minimal downtime for critical services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in routing, switching, and IP protocols, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive root cause analysis and long-term fixes. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end IP troubleshooting and escalation support for critical incidents in the NOC environment. Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of core IP protocols including BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS L2/L3 VPN, Multicast, and Qo S . Audit the network to identify repeat issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor teams to ensure quick resolution of major incidents. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and proactive troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Contribute to automation and digitization initiatives for more efficient service management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of IP networking and proven experience in advanced NOC troubleshooting. Hands-on expertise in MPLS VPN (L2 & L3), Qo S, Transport, Mobility, and ISP networks . Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with a strong collaboration mindset.
