The role will support the Customization Workstream for B2B Large Corporate Orders and Vendor Operations for Kitchen, Beauty, and Personal Care Appliances (PCA) GLs . The associate will work closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Vendor Ops, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution of customized bulk orders for enterprise customers and day-to-day operational hygiene for vendor partners. This is a 50:50 split role —balancing executional ownership of the customization program and operational support to maintain vendor performance metrics across designated GLs.   B2B Customization Workstream (50%) Support end-to-end execution of large corporate orders, including requirement gathering, customization brief consolidation, and coordination with brands and vendors. Liaise with vendors, design teams, and 3P partners to ensure product customization (packaging, bundling, engraving, labeling, etc.) Track order progress, maintain status dashboards, and raise proactive flags to mitigate risk to delivery timelines.
