We areseeking a passionate and experienced Senior Brand Manager / Senior Product Manager to leadbrand strategy and product portfolio management for our life-saving nutritional products. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking,scientific acumen, and hands-on executionin a purpose- led and regulated healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Brand & Product Strategy Lead brand planning, positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for key products including NeoLact 70, 100% human milk fortifiers , and related offerings. Work closely with clinical, regulatory, and R&Dteams to build medically credible, compliant brand narratives. Build effective Visual aids and LBLs to support focus brands and new product launches Evaluate market feedback, clinical adoption, and therapy gaps to recommend enhancements or innovations. Conduct deep-dive market research, competitive mapping, and stakeholder need analysis. Stay ahead of evolvingneonatal nutrition trends, KOL expectations, and clinical evidence. Marketing Execution & Field Support Design high-impact medical marketingtools (MR inputs,CME decks, HCP education content). Partner with the salesand training teamsto ensure field-force alignment and effectiveness. Drive visibility through conference participation, KOL engagement, and scientific branding initiatives. Analyze sales data to identify areas for marketing initiatives Collaborate with operations, regulatory, medical affairs, and hospital partnerships to ensure seamless implementation. Assist with the training function for new joiners. Ensure all brand activities adhere to ethical marketing codes and compliance norms. Drive brand P&L performance and optimize ROI across marketing initiatives. Set KPIs, track metrics,and present brand performance to leadership. Strong understanding of neonatalcare, nutrition science,or pharmaceutical/medical marketing Excellent cross-functional coordination and scientific storytelling Data-driven decision-making and execution rigor MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management from a reputed institute ~ Graduation in Life Sciences, Pharmacy,Nutrition, or relatedfield ~10+ years in product/brand management, preferably in infant nutrition, neonatalcare, or specialty pharmaceuticals ~ Experience in launching or scaling brandsin a high-touch, HCP-driven environment Why Join Neolacta? ~ Work with globally experienced leadership and mission-driven teams ~
