Job Description
Position : Manager/ Sr Manager(Business Development)
Qualification : Graduate/Post-Graduate in Sales & Marketing
Location :
Pune (1 Position)
Mumbai (1 position)
Job Description : -
•    Deal Origination from Mid-segment Real Estate Developers for their Project Finance requirements
•    First check on clients’ credit data and financial statements
•    Basic evaluation of the project proposal
•    Interaction with Financial Institutions and the Developer’s team during the lending process
Key Expectations -
2 to 3 years of RE finance sales experience with a reputed Bank/HFC/NBFC/Advisory Firm
Must have good relationship with developers (promoter level) in the city
Demonstrated background in a high-pressure sales environment
A complete understanding of the RE Finance process and documentation
A knack for originating deals and handling client relationship
Basic exposure to MS Office
Good communication skills especially in English and Marathi language
Salary : As per industry standards; not a constraint for the right candidate.
