Art Director who thinks in storyboards, dreams in color systems, and treats AI as a co-designer. You’ll own our visual identity across web, print, social, events, video, and emerging formats—and build the team, processes, and design culture that make it legendary.

Build the brand
Define and evolve the visual language for all Guild properties.
#Web, social, editorial, motion, events, spatial, OOH—nothing is off-canvas.
#Harness creative AI
Elevate video & motion
Partner with our video team to craft cinematic title cards, lower thirds, and data-driven infographics; guide AI-assisted video editing and VFX workflows.
#Create scalable design systems, asset libraries, and AI prompts that speed up quality, not compromise it.
#Coach graphic designers, motion artists, and freelancers; instill a culture of critique and craft.
#Ensure every output is gold-standard—visually striking, strategically on-point, and on time.

Experience: 6–10 yrs leading multi-disciplinary design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments.
Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id, Ae), Figma; bonus points for Blender/C4D, Unreal, or 3-D prototyping apps.
Proven use of Gen-AI image/video tools for ideation or production; Expert eye for typography, color, layout, motion, data-viz & brand systems.
Tastemaker • Strategic thinker • Detail-obsessive • Feedback-giver • Boundary-pusher • Builder of legacy, not just assets.

Note: We are currently considering applications only from candidates with a strong background in B2B, business media, or enterprise marketing environments. An understanding of B2B creative aesthetics, business storytelling, and content or design crafted for CXOs, decision-makers, and professional audiences is essential for success at The Guild. This is not a consumer-first environment—we’re building for the boardroom, not the living room.
