Role Description:
To conceptualize, design, and execute visually engaging sets and aesthetics for shoots that elevate brand storytelling, ensuring every frame looks polished, fresh, and on-trend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and style sets for reels, interviews, ad films, and Leaders Lounge episodes.
- Work with props, lighting, and backgrounds to create versatile looks.
- Ensure brand consistency while keeping visuals trendy and relatable.
- Collaborate with the Director/Content team to translate scripts into strong visual environments.
- Maintain and organize in-house studio equipment, props, and creative inventory.
Traits & Skills:
- Strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of design trends.
- Creative problem-solver; making simple setups look premium.
- Skilled in space styling, visual storytelling, and mood-boarding.
- Hands-on with DIY, prop management, and budget-friendly design hacks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Theatre/Stage Design, or related field, a Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage / is preferred.
