Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.- Use a variety of recruitment methods to identify and source top talent, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with candidates and evaluate their qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.- Facilitate the entire recruitment process, including negotiating salaries, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged.- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.- Collaborate with other members of the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes that support the overall goals of the organization.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
