Position: Sr Interior Designer

Minimum Experience - 5 yrs

Salary Package - Up to 10 LPA

Location- Hyderabad

Timings- 10.30 am to 8.00 pm

Industry Preference - Modular 

(Deal with uber luxury segment who works on Kitchens & Wardrobes)


Roles & Responsibilities

Design and Concept Development:

  • Develop innovative and functional design concepts that meet client requirements and preferences.
  • Create detailed drawings, and specifications for cabinetry, countertops, lighting, appliances, fixtures, and other components.
  • Select appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware in alignment with design aesthetics and budget.

Client Interaction:

  • Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Present design proposals and revisions to clients, incorporating their feedback into final designs.
  • Provide expert advice on design choices, material selection, and layout considerations.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a team of junior designers and drafters.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, procurement, marketing) to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies, and integrate these into design practices.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software) to create accurate and detailed design plans.
  • Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct site visits to ensure the quality and accuracy of installations.
  • Resolve any design-related issues that arise during the construction or installation phases.
  • Conduct post-installation reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any final adjustments.

  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Should be a graduate
  • Having Min 5 years experience in Modular Design
