Daily tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.Qualifications- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and delivering excellent Customer Experience- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism- Experience with CRM software is a plus- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
