Job Overview
The Marketing Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting the marketing team by ensuring seamless operational execution. This includes data verification, invoice management, logistical coordination, and operational support for marketing campaigns and field activities. The role requires a high degree of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Verification and Compliance :
Review and verify submitted data and documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Invoice Management :
Manage invoices raised by the marketing team, ensuring timely submission and follow-up with the finance team for clearance.
Operational Support :
Provide support for various operational tasks, including data entry, report generation, and ensuring adherence to established processes.
Field Support (as needed) :
Assist in logistics management during marketing shoots, including coordinating transportation, equipment, and vendor interactions.

Education :
Graduate in any discipline.

Assistance during Industry/PR events.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
