Position summary:

We are in search of Security Engineer. This role will focus exclusively on the management of the endpoint, email, and other security product in daily operations. Candidate will ensure the security and functionality of products and services, assisting in the resolution of issues. The candidate will handle the daily issue with security products and deployment with end users and take necessary actions based on the ITIL process.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and work on customer deployment.
  • Manage the tickets raised by the respective teams and resolve them as per the SLA assigned.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the end users and teams to resolve the issues.
  • Take appropriate actions on the tasks, incidents to provide the resolution.
  • Ensure that all configurations, policies, and procedures related to deployed security products are thoroughly documented.
  • Create new documents like SOPs and procedures as an when required.
  • Managing day-to day operational tasks.
  • Understanding of Policies configured with respect to business use cases.
  • Respond to user inquiries and support requests related to endpoint and email issues, including troubleshooting and resolution.


Preferred Requirements

  • Strong understanding of DNS, networking, and network security.
  • Understanding OS like client OS and servers OS (Windows, Linux, Mac etc.)
  • Basic Understanding of EDR, AV and Email security tools.
  • Should be selfdriven and motivated toward resolution finding.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Documentation skills, with a focus on creating comprehensive records of configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Basic Understanding of ITIL process (Change, incident, and service tasks management).
  • Preferred to have CCNA and MCSE completed.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: BE
  • Experience: Required: 2 - 3 years.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
