Position summary:

We are seeking a Level 2 Engineer for our SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) Management team with 3+ years of experience in Device Management. The team member will be responsible for the administration of SASE components such as Cloud Access Security Broker, Firewall as a Service, Zero Trust Network Access, Endpoint Protection, Posture, and Active Directory. Proficiency in managing Change and Incident processes is essential. The candidate must be prepared to work in a 24/7 shift environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: BE
  • Experience: Required: 3+ years.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Good understanding of Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management
  • Good Understanding of ITIL process and concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal levels of supervision or oversight.
  • Active Directory, Azure AD
  • Groups and policy configurations
  • Endpoint management
  • Proxies and firewalls
  • SDWAN concepts
  • Zscaler, Netskope. Cisco, Palo Alto
  • Good understanding of Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management
  • Good Understanding of ITIL process and concepts
