The Project Manager will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong project management capabilities, excellent client-facing skills, and a deep understanding of the consulting environment in the GCC.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects, from initiation to completionDefine project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governanceManage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to Company’s SOPs and approval processesCoordinate and supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestonesServe as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfactionPrepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clientsMonitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategiesSupport business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissionsProvide post-project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvementQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Economics, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field (Master’s preferred)5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectorsStrong understanding of project management methodologies and toolsProven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platformsAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel to the GCC if required
