Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) – USA Market Location: Remote (Night Shift) We are a leading SaaS company revolutionizing the childcare software industry with our innovative solutions. Our software is used by preschools, childcare centers, and enterprise childcare chains worldwide. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our presence in the USA market. Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients in the USA market through email, calls, and LinkedIn. Product Demos: Conduct high-quality product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospects. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and campaigns. Build strong relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and interest in our software solutions. SaaS Experience: Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the childcare, education, or related industries. US Sales Expertise: Familiarity with the USA market, including sales techniques, customer behavior, and business etiquette. Demo Experience: Night Shift: Comfortable working night shifts to align with US business hours. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach to sales. CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs. Experience in the childcare or education software industry is a plus. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools. Competitive salary and commission structure. Professional development and growth opportunities.
