Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Site Engineer with a focus on Electrical Engineering. The Solar Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and quality control of solar energy systems. Key tasks include monitoring on-site operations, coordinating with team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and troubleshooting technical issues when required.Qualifications- Experience in On-Site management and hands-on solar system implementation- Strong Communication skills for effective coordination and collaboration- Proficiency in Quality Control processes, ensuring high standards in system installations- A background in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering to oversee structural designs and installations- Knowledge of electrical engineering principles relevant to solar installations- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech)- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment- Knowledge of solar energy industry regulations and best practices is a plusEligibility• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Renewable Energy – mandatory• Minimum eligibility now includes:– At least 6 months of Industrial Training (ITI / Plant / Workshop / Solar)OR– Minimum 1 year of Electrical Private Tuition / Coaching experience (practical-focused)• 1–3 years of hands-on solar installation, O&M, or electrical maintenance preferred
