Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Site Engineer with a focus on Electrical Engineering. The Solar Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and quality control of solar energy systems. Key tasks include monitoring on-site operations, coordinating with team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and troubleshooting technical issues when required.QualificationsExperience in On-Site management and hands-on solar system implementationStrong Communication skills for effective coordination and collaborationProficiency in Quality Control processes, ensuring high standards in system installationsA background in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering to oversee structural designs and installationsKnowledge of electrical engineering principles relevant to solar installationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech)Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environmentKnowledge of solar energy industry regulations and best practices is a plusEligibility• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Renewable Energy – mandatory • Minimum eligibility now includes: – At least 6 months of Industrial Training (ITI / Plant / Workshop / Solar) OR – Minimum 1 year of Electrical Private Tuition / Coaching experience (practical-focused) • 1–3 years of hands-on solar installation, O&M, or electrical maintenance preferred
