Financial GovernanceImplement and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to improve financial accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.Lead budgeting and forecasting for Project Cost Books to optimize resource utilization.Conduct monthly budget vs. actual analyses to identify cost variances, manage scope changes, and reduce operational overspend—delivering annual cost savings.Review and realign budgets for multiple contracts through quarterly financial assessments to enhance forecasting accuracy.Identify and resolve financial control issues, including incorrect invoicing, double taxation, unapproved billing, and delayed invoices, improving cost recovery and strengthening financial governance.4.
