THE OPPORTUNITY

Techmantu Skilling is our latest practice area which helps social enterprises, educational institutions and similar learning centered organizations with their digital learning content and technology needs.

We looking for a stellar individual to Join our Skilling Practice to contribute to the Design, Deployment and Operations of our Digital Solutions. Our Consulting Practices comprises generalists with a good understanding of technology, media and business. Our consultants work closely with our client teams to build and run solutions to help them succeed in their business objectives

.

To be an effective, consultants in Techmantu Skilling Practice area, you should be able to plan and execute work in the following areas:

Learning Needs Analysis ● Solution Gap Analysis ● Market Analysis ● Solution Roadmaps ● Project Plans ● Skilling Content Roadmaps ● LMS Feature Configuration ● LMS Operation ● Assessments & Reporting ● Stakeholder Training ● Stakeholder Engagement . 

THE TEAM

Our skilling practice delivery team is small; executes quickly and is full of smart consultants from well-respected companies and universities. We focus on hiring individuals who are passionate, energetic and fun to work with.

You will be part of the Skills Practice delivery team, and will:

● Execute roadmaps & project plans

● Develop & manage a portfolio of learning content assets for clients

● Implement assessment tools for monitoring

● Optimize learning content & platforms using measurements and assessments.

● Work closely with different partners in various stages of the execution

● Convey the value of learning solutions to different stakeholders

● Train various stakeholders in using the content and tools.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Learning Needs Analysis ● Learning Content Development ● Identification of Learning Management Systems ● Configuration & Deployment of Learning Management Systems ● Operation & Optimization of Learning Management Systems ● Training of Trainer● Training of End Users ● Assessment Design ● Reporting & Governance ● Project Management ● Stakeholder Engagement .

● Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Management, Math, Sociology, Economics, or equivalent background.

● Strong proficiency with MS Office tools

●2-4 years of experience with ed-tech, skills development, teaching, assessment design, learning management systems, learning content design.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong problem-solving skills, aptitude for dealing with complexity, continuous learning, and an eye for detail.

● Some knowledge of learning management systems is a plus; ability/willingness to learn new tech tools if not already skilled.

● ​Working more autonomously and closer with clients

● Develop & manage a portfolio of learning content assets for clients

● ​Helping troubleshoot issues

● ​Contribute new ideas

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL

● ​Become an expert in Techmantu Skilling Practice
