Innovative Work : Collaborate on advanced AI solutions with LLMs from OpenAI and other providers.- Real-World Impact : Build applications with LLM chaining, agent-based design, and RAG pipelines.- Collaborative Culture : Work with a passionate team focused on innovation, learning, and mentorship.- Flexible Work Model : Primarily office-based for better collaboration, with hybrid flexibility.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design and development of complex GenAI solutions.- Architect and implement end-to-end GenAI pipelines.- Translate business problems into technical solutions using LLMs and related tools.- Manage and mentor junior developers and AI engineers.- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions in production.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and designers.Required Skills & Experience :- 4-6 years of total experience with at least 2+ years in Generative AI.- Strong understanding of LLM architecture, model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and chaining techniques.- Experience building agentic workflows and RAG pipelines.- Hands-on with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.- Knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or similar LLM APIs.- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers).- Ability to lead teams, manage deliverables, and mentor peers.- Strong communication skills to present technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.- Experience with MLOps and data engineering principles is a plus.Nice to Have :- Experience with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI applications.- Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments (ref:hirist.tech)
