Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Director
Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing strategy for our D2C brand. This includes developing and managing paid advertising
campaigns, creating and optimizing landing pages, and managing social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, data analysis, and optimization techniques. They will also be able to work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business goals.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media.
● Create and optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
● Manage social media channels to engage with customers and promote brand awareness.
● Work with the creative team to develop compelling marketing assets.
● Analyze data to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
● Make recommendations for marketing strategy adjustments.
● Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
● 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and data analysis tools.
● Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through digital marketing.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
