Overall Experience: 12 to 18 years.

Location : Bangalore/ Chennai/Noida/Hyderabad.


Responsibilities:

• About 10 years of experience working as Data Scientist or similar roles, with experience in training large deep learning models and working with real world data. Experience in leading teams and projects in complex environments.

• Expertise in Foundation and Transformer Models, with a strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and techniques, especially in relation to structured data application in business.

• Deep understanding of issues and opportunities of applying Generative AI in a business context.

• Demonstrated exceptional leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills, with responsibilities including setting and achieving team goals, delegating tasks, mentoring team members, and effectively managing and communicating within large, diverse teams. Must demonstrate a track record of delivering results.

• Ideally, professional experience with Machine Learning on structured data such as in the ERP or CRM domain. Experience with data privacy-preserving AI is a plus.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages, software architecture, and design patterns.

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of generative AI algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.

  • Strong integration concept and skills with Azure (Microsoft Entra ID), Kubernetes, other systems (eg. SAP,)
  • Good communication skills.
