Head-Innovation & Start Up EcosystemAbout the Role:-At Brainware University, we believe innovation isn’t a department — it’s a culture.As the Head – Innovations & Start Up Ecosystem , you will spearhead the creation of a vibrant innovation and startup ecosystem , nurturing the next generation of creators, inventors, and changemakers.Your mission: to transform breakthrough ideas into viable products, ventures, and social impact initiatives across disciplines.Key Responsibilities:-Lead the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Cell (IIC/Start-up cell) aligned with MoE’s Innovation Cell (MIC) and Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) .Design and drive startup incubation and accelerator programs in emerging domains such as AI, HealthTech, AgriTech, FinTech, and Sustainability.Facilitate research commercialization, patenting, and spin-off creation in collaboration with industry partners.Build cross-disciplinary innovation labs and startup hubs that empower students and faculty to prototype, test, and scale their ideas.Forge strategic partnerships with government agencies, venture networks, investors, and corporates .Curate Brainware Innovation Summits and Startup Showcases to highlight entrepreneurial talent and attract external collaboration.️ What You’ll Build:-Innovation Labs & Startup Hubs across multidisciplinary verticals.A vibrant incubation pipeline from idea-to-market for student and faculty founders.An IPR & Research Commercialisation Cell promoting patents and technology
