Position: Junior ArchitectLocation: Kerala (Hybrid/On-site – specify as applicable)Experience: 0–3 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary : 15k - 25 K per monthAbout the Role:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a willingness to learn through hands-on project involvement. You will assist in the design, drafting, and execution of architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing conceptual and detailed architectural designs.- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation layouts.- Support project documentation, BOQs, and working drawings.- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams during project execution.- Participate in client meetings and site visits as required.- Stay updated with design trends, sustainable practices, and building regulations.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.- 0–3 years of relevant professional experience.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite (or equivalent tools).- Strong visual, spatial, and design communication skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Good understanding of materials, detailing, and site coordination is an added advantage.What We Offer:- Exposure to a wide range of residential, commercial, and interior projects.- Mentorship from experienced architects.- A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.- Competitive compensation based on skills and experience.
