Position: Junior Architect Location: Kerala (Hybrid/On-site – specify as applicable) Experience: 0–3 years Employment Type: Full-time Salary : 15k - 25 K per month About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a willingness to learn through hands-on project involvement. You will assist in the design, drafting, and execution of architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing conceptual and detailed architectural designs. - Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation layouts. - Support project documentation, BOQs, and working drawings. - Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams during project execution. - Participate in client meetings and site visits as required. - Stay updated with design trends, sustainable practices, and building regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university. - 0–3 years of relevant professional experience. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite (or equivalent tools). - Strong visual, spatial, and design communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Good understanding of materials, detailing, and site coordination is an added advantage.
