Job Title: Associate of Technical Training and Support
Location: Vadodara (Hybrid)
Basic Purpose
Responsible for supporting the technical training needs of the training team in areas of general administration, formal correspondence, content creation, and one on one or small group technical support. This position is not responsible for hiring, terminating, performance appraisals or salary revisions. This position exercises independent judgment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Training
Conducts teaching assistant duties for classroom support to include tracking attendance, class participation, homework and grading.
Facilitates and organizes training assessments, training plans, trainer notes, handouts, review activities, audio-visual aids and class preparation.
Delivers training presentations to groups of all sizes using multiple delivery systems/methods which include but are not limited to on-site teaching, video conferencing, conference calls, classes and other technology to support communication
Documents and provides reports and feedback regarding training content, curriculum, duration and staff participation in training activities
Assists with the development of training manuals, modules, and curriculum courses
Collects feedback from associates and supervisors to identify new training needs
Maintains and updates training materials as and when required
Conducts Pre and Post Training Assessments
Performs content development and supporting material creation to include Learning Path creation and learning resource identification as requested, recorded video learnings for eLearning and self-paced content, technical training slides, homework, and graded assessments.
Essential Education, Skills and Environment
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree degrees in Computer related field
2 years of experience in an enterprise environment
Ability to research various soft skills training sessions and content (wherever required)
Good coordination skills, detail and process oriented
Relationship building skills
Ability to work within a culturally diverse environment
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work with others and take critical feedback
Excellent oral, written communication skills and good orator for US Based and international based trainings
Able to speak in front of audiences
Ability to manage through change with little supervision and work independently
Self-motivated, positive and flexible outlook
High commitment to excellence and ability to deliver excellent customer service
Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment
Commitment to high performance and results
