As an Associate Director – Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, your responsibilities will be:

 Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for digital

marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, web, social, etc.).

 Conduct end-to-end testing of customer journeys and workflows, including functional,

integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

 Test various platform components, including automation workflows, data management,

personalization rules, segmentation logic, and triggered communications.

 Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across different platforms,

databases, and marketing tools.

 Test integrations between the MarTech platform and other systems, such as CRM, CDP, data warehouses, or analytics tools.

 Utilize automation tools to automate repetitive test cases, such as email rendering tests, workflow validations, and data synchronization checks.

 Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and

coverage.

 Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.) and internal quality standards.

 Validate that all campaigns are accessible, correctly formatted, and free of errors across all customer touchpoints.

 Work closely with marketing, product, development, and analytics teams to ensure

campaigns are correctly implemented and optimized.

 Communicate findings and quality issues clearly to relevant stakeholders, providing

actionable recommendations for improvement.


You ll have the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries.

Working closely with the Head of MarTech Consulting, your role will involve a combination of

strategic consultancy, technical expertise, and project management skills. You will collaborate

closely with clients to understand their marketing goals, and lead Salesforce fitment

discussions.


What you will need:


 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology,

or a related field.

 7-9 years of experience in quality assurance, particularly in digital marketing, marketing automation, or MarTech platforms.

 Experience in developing test plans, writing test cases, and executing manual and

automated tests.

 Experience in scripting automated tests for journeys, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp

messages to verify personalization and dynamic content rendering.

 Experience with QA tools such as JIRA, Postman, etc.

 Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (such as Python, JavaScript) to automate repetitive tests and processes.

 Knowledge of SQL or data query languages for data validation and testing.

 Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for testing dynamic content and email

templates.

 Strong knowledge of data validation techniques, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and

completeness across all customer touchpoints.

 Strong problem-solving skills to debug and troubleshoot issues related to campaign

performance, data integrity, or platform functionality.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-

functional teams.

 Understanding of AJO’s features, functionalities, and capabilities, including journey

orchestration, audience segmentation, personalization, and real-time decisioning.

 Experience in testing various components within AJO, such as journey creation, content templates, data flows, and campaign logic.

 Experience in testing data integrations between AJO and other systems (e.g., Adobe

Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, CRM, CDP).
