Manager HR
Objectives:
Our business in India is one of our number one growth markets for 4flow due to the planned Global Capability Center (GCC). We want to grow very fast in India. The HR Manager takes a key role in making this growth come to life. The purpose of this role is to:
Enable and support locally the growth of the 4flow team in India:
- Implement and enhance 4flow’s employer brand in India.
- Attract and hire new team members in collaboration with our partner ANSR.
- Organize and ensure successful onboarding.
- Cope with challenges like cultural differences, fast-paced marked, a lot of competitors.
Support employee retention with:
- Stable local HR operations & processes
- Attractive benefits
Support the personal development of the Indian team members:
- Support the definition of relevant training and learning opportunities, and their implementation as local sparring partner for the business and the global L&D team.
- Execute / support relevant L&D processes locally.
- Set-up necessary talent development processes and measures for local team members.
- Ensure that all legal and administrative requirements are fulfilled in a compliant and timely manner.
- Support local team and supervisors in all HR matters.
- Act as HR Business Partner for the business and management of the office in India.
Organizational integration:
- Level: 4 (Manager)
- Business line: Corporate Services
- Reports to: MD India or Head of HR (TBD)
- Is part of the global HR team and cooperates and aligns with the Global Standards Team
Responsibilities, tasks and duties:
The HR Manager India is responsible to fulfill the recruiting targets for India.
- Responsible for the execution of end-to-end recruitment for all vacant positions in India in collaboration with ANSR.
- Clarify internal profiles / positions with the responsible hiring manager.
- Support and give sparring when needed for the creation of external job ads (along with the 4flow standards & templates, adapting to local characteristics and requirements)
- Align the recruiting strategy with our partner ANSR: job portals, networks, recruiting agencies, university career fairs, active sourcing etc.
- Define efficient and lean selection processes for high-volume recruitment and execute the multilevel selection process considering corporate tools and standards with our partner ANSR
- Controlling of recruiting and HR marketing KPI’s related to the activities in India in collaboration with our partner ANSR
The HR Manager India is responsible to enhance and strengthen 4flow’s employer brand in India.
- Set up and implement measures specifically for India in alignment with 4flow’s global employer value proposition.
- Campus recruitment:
- Define local target universities, establish, and maintain cooperation with these universities in cooperation with campus recruiting team in Berlin, Germany.
- Select and organize career fairs and other recruiting events in India, representing 4flow on these events.
- Ensure an authentic, appealing appearance at career events (use marketing materials, booth, roll-up banners, giveaways, etc.) that is in accordance with corporate standards but also adapted to local characteristics.
Social media activities / strategy:
- Support 4flow’s social media recruiting strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), give input from local perspective.
The HR Manager is responsible for the general onboarding of new team members in India.
- Responsible for the onboarding and integration process of local hires according to our corporate standards
- Coordinating new hire orientations
The HR Manager is responsible to ensure and provide excellent HR services and administration and creating HR solutions where necessary.
- Identify and fulfill all legal and administrative requirements to HR.
- Be first contact the local team for all HR related questions.
- Partnering with and advising the India leadership team on all HR-related topics
- Apply, ensure, adapt, update corporate HR regulations, models and policies for India, create and ensure India specific policies, consider differences with regards to the business lines.
- Implement attractive local benefits.
- Administer employee data, vacation accounts, leaves, benefit programs, on- and offboarding documents, salary adjustments, etc.
- Process monthly payroll in cooperation with our local Payroll provider.
- Support assignment processes (e.g., visa and work permit, insurances) for non-Indian citizens who will work in India and support assignment processes of Indian citizens working abroad.
- Execution of labor law measures/disciplinary action (incl. preparation of the required documents) in cooperation with our local HR service provider.
- Implement local health and work safety measures according to legal requirements.
- Contribute with local expertise and perspective to learning & development measures in cooperation with Global Learning & Development team.
- Support in identifying, selecting and contracting local training partners, coaches etc.
- If applicable needed helpful: Support during individual or team learning measures.
Development perspectives:
- Possibility to take over leadership responsibility for further HR team members according to the growth of the Indian team.
- Taking over responsibilities within the global HR team.
Requirements:
Professional requirements, skills and work experience :
- Strong expertise and work experience (8-13 years) in the field of HR in a global company, ideally in the field of SaaS or digital consulting (recruitment, HR administration, and/or HR business partner role)
- Very good knowledge of recruiting channels in India, ideally existing network to local headhunters / recruiting agencies.
- Experience with high volume recruiting together with an external service provider.
- Payroll experience and extensive knowledge of Indian employment laws.
- Experience with establishing HR processes and regulations based on local legal requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal Indian and English communication skills
- Fluency in MS Office and HR software (ideally Workday)
