Exide Energy Solutions Limited is a wholly owned Subsidiary of Exide Industries Limited, leading battery manufacturing and distribution company in India. Exide Energy Solutions Limited is India’s first Giga plant to manufacture Lithium-Ion Cells at Devanahalli Industrial Area in Bengaluru. Exide Energy designs, develops, and manufactures Lithium Ion Cells and Battery Pack solutions for various energy storage. Our Functions:
HR Operations function plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of essential HR activities that support organizational efficiency. It manages core processes such as payroll, benefits, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and HRIS maintenance, acting as the backbone of the HR department. By standardizing policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing timely support, HR Operations helps the organization maintain workforce stability and operational excellence.
Purpose:
HR Operations Advisor is responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless employee experience. Ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring efficient HR operations and payroll processes within the organization. This role will include managing employee life cycle processes (Hire to Retire), payroll administration, employee benefits administration, HRIS, HR compliance with legal requirements, and enhancing HR systems through bringing automation in HR processes.

HR Operations:
Oversee and manage HR operational activities within the organization.This role will involve handling the end-to-end HR processes including employee lifecycle management, compliance, benefits administration, and system management. Operations lead will also contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, improving employee experience, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Payroll and Compliance:
Understanding of end-to-end in ADP payroll process and accurate salary payments, deductions, and tax saving benefits administration. Understanding on preparation and filing of all required tax documents and reports, including quarterly and annual tax filings, 24Q to generate form 16 and other related forms.
