We are committed to helping students and professionals gain job-ready tech skills.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Course Sales Consultant who is fluent in Tamil to connect with potential leads, explain our courses, and convert them into successful enrollments.Key Responsibilities- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential leads.- Clearly explain our courses, benefits, and career opportunities in Tamil.- Understand student needs and guide them to the right course.- Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.- Follow up with interested leads to ensure successful conversion to sales.Requirements- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil (mandatory).- Strong sales, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.- Ability to understand and explain technical courses thoroughly.- Prior experience in tele-sales, education counseling, or inside sales is a plus.Perks & Benefits- Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing edtech company.- Career growth and professional development.
