Role Overview We are looking for a Course Sales Consultant who is fluent in Tamil to connect with potential leads, explain our courses, and convert them into successful enrollments. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential leads. - Clearly explain our courses, benefits, and career opportunities in Tamil. - Understand student needs and guide them to the right course. - Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system. - Follow up with interested leads to ensure successful conversion to sales. Requirements - Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil (mandatory). - Strong sales, persuasion, and customer-handling skills. - Ability to understand and explain technical courses thoroughly. - Prior experience in tele-sales, education counseling, or inside sales is a plus.
