Join us as we pave the way for a new era in home decor To know more visit: Key Responsibilities: · SEO Strategy & Planning · Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic. · Perform thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. · Define SEO KPIs and ensure the SEO strategy aligns with business goals and objectives. · Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. · Team Leadership & Collaboration · Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables. · Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to optimize landing pages, blog posts, product pages, and other site assets. · Provide SEO training and guidance to internal teams as needed. · On-page & Off-page Optimization · Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement in technical SEO (e.g., site structure, page speed, mobile optimization). · Oversee on-page SEO efforts including meta tags, heading structure, internal linking, and content optimization. · Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building initiatives and partnerships. · Content Strategy & Optimization · Work closely with the content team to ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with user intent. · Monitor and refine the content strategy to target high-value keywords and deliver measurable results. · Performance Tracking & Reporting · Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to track SEO performance, traffic, and rankings. · Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance. · Monitor competitors’ SEO performance and adjust strategies accordingly. · Technical SEO · Ensure proper implementation of technical SEO requirements, including sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, and site speed optimizations. · Work closely with web developers to address technical SEO issues and improve overall site performance. · Cross-functional Collaboration · Work closely with paid media, social media, and other marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to digital marketing efforts. · Ensure SEO considerations are embedded across all stages of the website development lifecycle. Qualifications & Skills · Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. · Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO. · Proven track record of improving organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions. · Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.). · Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java Script, and experience with CMS platforms (Word Press, Shopify, etc.). · Excellent understanding of technical SEO, including page speed optimization, schema markup, and crawlability. · Experience in content marketing and optimization techniques. · Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. · Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
