Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in on-page optimization is mandatory, with an understanding of how to enhance website elements like meta tags, headings, and images to improve search visibility (Mandatory skill).
  • A solid grasp of content strategy is required, focusing on creating, evaluating, and evolving web content to align with SEO objectives (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in technical SEO is necessary to identify and rectify technical issues that may hinder search engine indexing or performance (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong ability in keyword research to identify valuable keywords that will increase website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Understanding of off-page optimization techniques, including backlink strategies, to improve the site's domain authority.
  • Experience in link building efforts to establish the websites credibility and improve its ranking on search engines.
  • Competency in analytics to measure website performance and effectiveness of SEO strategies using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for implementing and understanding SEO-related changes on web pages.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on SEO best practices and implement them to enhance organic search rankings.
  • Assist with on-page and technical SEO audits and provide actionable insights to improve current methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure that SEO best practices are properly implemented throughout website content.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and report on key SEO metrics to the marketing team.
  • Engage in link-building strategies to create high-quality backlinks from relevant websites.
  • Support the development of SEO-friendly content and contribute ideas for content optimization based on search trends.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends to ensure competitiveness in the market.
