We’re on a mission to redefine how the new generation experiences ethnic wear — stylish, bold, and effortlessly contemporary. As we scale rapidly across D2C, marketplaces, and retail, we’re looking for a sharp and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to supercharge our D2C growth engine and own performance marketing end-to-end. As the Growth Marketing Manager , you will lead Kisah’s performance marketing and customer growth strategy across digital platforms. You will directly manage our marketing agency and creative partners, own the D2C funnel performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and creative teams to drive measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, understands consumer behavior, and can balance creative storytelling with analytical rigor to scale a fast-growing D2C brand. Growth & Performance Marketing Own and execute the paid marketing strategy across Meta, Google, and other performance channels. Partner with CRM and retention channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp) to drive repeat sales. Data-Driven Decision Making Monitor key performance metrics daily and drive insights-based optimizations. Use data visualization tools like Power BI / Looker to track and present growth KPIs. Creative & Brand Alignment Lead a small internal creative pod to churn out ad and website assets. Ensure all creatives are aligned with Kisah’s brand voice and campaign objectives. Test different content formats to identify high-performing creatives. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). ~3–5 years of experience in D2C growth or performance marketing roles. ~ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, and CRM tools . ~ Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data dashboards and Excel/Sheets. ~ Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing frameworks. ~ Experience in creative briefing and campaign storytelling for digital-first brands. ~ Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Mixpanel, or Looker Studio is a plus. Deep curiosity for data and growth experiments — you love diving into numbers. A creative and analytical balance — someone who can drive both storytelling and scale. Performance Marketing Retention Marketing Meta Ads / Google Ads Data-Driven Marketing GA4 / Klaviyo / Power BI E-commerce Marketing Core Performance & Growth Skills # Performance Marketing Mastery (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) — ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ → Data Analysis & Decision Making (Excel, Power BI, GA4, attribution tools) — ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ → Comfort with data-driven storytelling, dashboard interpretation, and converting insights into actions. Hands-on experience running A/B tests, optimizing landing pages, and improving checkout flows. Customer Retention & CRM (email, WhatsApp, SMS, loyalty) — ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ → Knowledge of tools like Klaviyo, MoEngage, or similar platforms for retention and lifecycle marketing. Creative Strategy & Ad Communication — ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ → Ability to brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad creatives that convert while staying true to brand tone. Business & Financial Acumen (P&L impact, ROAS, CAC, LTV) — ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ → Strong understanding of how marketing decisions impact revenue, margins, and payback periods. Project Management & Execution Ownership — ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ → Experience working in cross-functional setups, aligning campaigns with product & data teams. Strong technical grounding to ensure clean tracking, event setup, and data integrity. Basic SQL or Data Querying Skills (optional but valuable) — ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ → Useful for direct data pulls and performance deep-dives in collaboration with BI teams. Understanding of Marketing Automation & Retargeting — ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ → Always digging deeper into data to uncover “why” behind every movement. Creative Thinking & Consumer Empathy — ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ → Balance of left-brain (data) and right-brain (storytelling) thinking. For effectively sharing insights, learnings, and performance updates with leadership. ⚙️ Bonus (Good-to-Have) Skills Experience in Fashion / Lifestyle D2C Brand — ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ → Understanding of seasonal cycles, merchandising, and creative storytelling in apparel. Basic UI/UX Sensibility for Landing Pages & Website Journeys — ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ → Helps collaborate effectively with product and design teams for funnel optimization.
