Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, aligned with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Manage social media channels, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously innovate and drive results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
