We are looking for a motivated Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms to enhance our brand presence, engage with the audience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in social media management and a passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy: Develop creative content (posts, blogs, graphics, videos, etc.) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives.

Social Media Management: Monitor, post, and engage with followers on various social media channels to increase engagement and brand visibility.

Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversions. Use data insights to improve content and strategies.

Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates.

Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to innovate and improve strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.

Paid Social Advertising: Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on social media platforms to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

Strong creative writing and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.

Understanding of social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
