The role involves conceptualising and designing user-focused digital experiences that align with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, employing design thinking to ideate innovative solutions, creating visual and product design assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective design outputs. The ideal candidate will refine and enhance user experiences for Flash AI's products while maintaining aesthetic appeal and usability.QualificationsProficiency in Visual Design and Product Design, with attention to detail and a strong sense of aestheticsUnderstanding and application of Design Thinking principles to create user-centric solutionsExperience conducting User Research and UX Research to uncover insights and inform design decisionsCollaborative problem-solving skills to work effectively with engineering teams, stakeholders, and other designersStrong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas and conceptsProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDExperience in using AI tools as part of the design process.Holding a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
